<p>Beautiful 5" by 9" 'tulip vase' by Emile Decoeur, French ceramic artist of the early 20th century. Decoeur apprenticed to Edmond Lachenal in 1889 before working as a master potter at the Sevres factory. His early work, of which this is an example, was in the tradition of the French art nouveau movement. He opened his own studio in 1907. This charming vase is in excellent condition. </p>

<p>Fabulous Murano 9" Scavo glass vase by Italian glass  artist Gino Cenedese, circa 1970s.  Scavo is a technique where the  glassmaker rolls the hot glass in salts and ashes to create a matt  surface similar to excavated Roman and Etruscan glass.  In excellent  condition.</p>
